(provided by race organizer)The Cowichan Challenge takes place at Fuller Lake Park in Chemainus. The race has a friendly, relaxed vibe just the like the community where it takes place.
The swim is in the calm waters of Fuller Lake. The bike course follows scenic country roads in the Cowichan Valley.

Year of participation: 2024 I participated in Aquabike
The lake swim was beautiful. It was a mass start but thinned out quickly. The water was warm and clear. I really enjoyed this swim.
