Our little training plan finding tool above will leed you to Karen’s training plans which you can find on both platforms, Final Surge and Training Peaks. Both of them are powerful tools to optimize your training and achieve personal goals. The platform’s detailed tracking and analytics tools offer valuable insights into an athlete’s progress, helping them identify areas for improvement. They also integrate seamlessly with popular fitness devices and apps, making it easy for athletes to sync their data and track their workouts automatically. The platforms also facilitates direct communication with coaches, ensuring athletes receive timely feedback and adjustments to their plans when needed.

While Training Peaks is the more established and popular platform which is already used by many athletes, Final Surge has many features included in the free membership which are only available for premium members at Training Peaks.

 

About Coach Karen

Karen Parnell is a Level 3 British Triathlon and IRONMAN Certified CoachWOWSA Level 3 open water swimming coach 80/20 Endurance certified coach and NASM Personal Trainer and Sports Technology Writer.

Karen is currently studying for an MSc in Sports Performance Coaching at the University of Stirling.

Free Aquabike Training Plan for Premium Members

If you sign up for a Premium Membership here on Aquabike.World, you will get a free aquabike training plan, either for standard, half or full distance aquabike races (you’ll get the download links sent by email after your registration/upgrade). Of course, a pdf training plan cannot provide many of the benefits of a training plan on Final Surge or Training Peaks, but it is certainly a great way to start with some structured training.
